Similar to our previous Vancouver brunch & lunch guides, we've curated our recommended dinner spots, restaurants that provide sublime service, quality food, and a warm atmosphere to create a memorable dining experience. 

     

    Botanist

    Enjoy a relaxing-chic interior surrounded with lush foliage to accentuate your dinner evening. Located in iconic Canada Place, the Northwestern cuisine consists of crisp green salads to dry aged strip loin entrées that can be paired with the right wine. The insightful waitrons can assist you with this. Executive Chef Hector Laguna's menu uses fresh, locally sourced produce of B.C and the Pacific Northwest.

    Cioppino's Mediterranean Grill

    Acknowledged as one of the best expression of Mediterranean cooking within British Columbia, Cioppino's space offers a large patio, open-show kitchen, and several rooms tucked away for private functions. Chef Giuseppe (Pino) used his experiences from abroad to create a diverse menu of Italian style dishes including tagliolini al granchio reale (egg pasta with king-crab). Once seated, have a glance at their renowned wine list and don't skip on dessert.
